1) Seat code & identity

VPFUN uses a “Seat Code” as your lightweight identity. Keep your Seat Code safe. If you lose it, you may lose access to your progress, streaks, and purchases associated with that Seat.

2) Subscriptions & digital goods

Pro access is a digital service. Features and game decks may change over time as we add content and improve the Service.

3) Refunds

Because Pro is a digital service delivered immediately, refunds are generally not offered. If you believe you were charged in error or have an issue accessing Pro, contact support and we’ll help.
